Live chat now available

We’re delighted to announce that live chat is now available at Primalogik 360. You can access the chat panel by clicking on the blue button at the bottom right corner of the page. You’ll find us online during our regular support hours. If we’re not online, you can still leave us a message and we’ll get back to you the next working day.

Users with the administrator privilege will have access to the live chat window when logged into our application. That will allow us to provide them with instant support right within our application.

We will also be able to better help vistiors to our website. With live chat we’ll be able to answer their questions about pricing, features, security, integrations, etc… without any delays.
