What’s included in the free trial?
The 30-day free trial gives you access to every module included in Primalogik. This gives you a chance to run a pilot project with up to 10 staff members or test users.
What counts as a user?
Every active employee that will be using the platform needs a user account. For 360° surveys, this includes people being evaluated and raters.
What if I want to add or remove users?
You can upgrade your plan at any given time to include more users. If you upgrade in the middle of your billing cycle, the additional charges will be prorated. Accounts of former employees can be disabled, you do not pay for those users but all the associated data will remain accessible to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay directly from the platform using all major credit cards. We can also issue an invoice for annual subscriptions payable by check or bank transfer.
How does billing work?
You can pay your subscription on a monthly or annual basis. For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed the first of each month. For annual subscriptions, you pay 10 months upfront and get 2 months free.
Is there a setup fee or other costs?
No, our prices are all inclusive. It includes training, setup, onboarding and support.
Do you provide support?
Ongoing support is provided for all customers at no additional cost. You can reach us by phone, email or through our online support chat during regular office hours.
Do you offer a discount for nonprofit organizations?
Yes, we offer a 25% discount for registered nonprofit organizations.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after the 3-month minimum period. Annual subscriptions will be renewed automatically on your subscription anniversary date. If you wish to stop the renewal you will need to request a cancellation before that date.
