We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, elegant user experiences and have a strong background designing SaaS and web applications, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with our product and development teams to design user interfaces for web-based applications.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear, effective, and visually appealing designs.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct or assist with user testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Balance ideal UX solutions with practical development and business constraints.
- Help evolve and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing for SaaS platforms and web applications.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Comfortable working iteratively and collaboratively, balancing user needs with technical and business realities.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Expertise in responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Bonus Skills We’d Love
While your primary focus will be designing outstanding user experiences for our web application, we’d also value someone who can occasionally support our marketing team by:
- Creating visuals for campaigns or social media posts.
- Designing assets for our website or promotional materials.
- Contributing to brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
Contract Details
- Remote position with flexible working hours (availability during North American Eastern Time preferred).
