The Primalogik Story: building an award-winning software suite used around the world

2012

In 2012, founders David Lévesque and Gabriel Dominguez Martin created Primalogik in Montreal, Canada, with the goal of providing a performance management software solution to simplify performance reviews and help employers highlight employee skills and areas for improvement.

Together, they developed Primalogik’s ground-breaking 360 review software platform, their flagship tool. Employee development was about to get easier for hundreds of companies and organisations around the world.

Over the years, with the input of users from companies of all sizes, Primalogik has integrated multiple performance management functions (including employee reviews and goals tracking) into our single, user-friendly platform. Every step contributed to the shift from a “process-heavy” approach to a more “people-focused” one.

Bio

Originally from Argentina, Gabriel moved to Montreal over 20 years ago. He began his career as a software developer before transitioning into management, where he experienced firsthand the challenges of giving meaningful feedback to employees. These insights, shared with co-founder David, led to the creation of Primalogik.

David Lévesque

CTO & Co-Founder

Bio

David began his career as a software developer and has grown into the role of Chief Technology Officer and Head of Development at Primalogik. As a co-founder, he brings a rare blend of technical excellence and organizational insight, ensuring that every solution is not only powerful and scalable but also closely aligned with how real teams work.

Véronique brings years of experience developing marketing strategies for software companies, combining creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
