Upload documents to a user’s profile

Primalogik’s administrators and users with the User Management privilege can now upload files to an employee’s profile.

You can attach any number of files such as training certificates, professional licenses, even reviews from old systems. For each new upload, you can decide who will have access to view the files. For example, you will be able to share files with employees so they can view and download their own documents directly from their profile page.

Attach files through Journal and Instant Feedback modules

A new feature is now available for the Employee Journal and Instant Feedback modules: file attachments.

You can now attach files when adding journal notes or sending instant feedback. This will allow you to better document each entry. In the example to the left, the user has added a supporting image to go along with the journal note they’ve written on their employee. You can also attach files through the Instant Feedback module, making sharing documents a breeze.

Complete layout overhaul and smarter navigation

As of February 10th, 2019 we’ll be introducing a major change in how our app navigation works and how information is displayed on each page. These changes are very extensive but we’ve taken good care to leave most of what you already love about Primalogik intact so that you can transition to the new app layout with no trouble!

Here are some of the details:

New and improved navigation

The new navigation has a left menu with icons that make it easy to find your desired options. All the important features and options are now only one click away!

Smarter layout to take advantage of larger screens

Some pages have been optimized to use the full width to provide you more relevant information without cluttering your view.

New and simplified way of defining managers within Primalogik

Today we’re announcing a big improvement on how managers are defined within Primalogik. We’re introducing a simplified way of defining managers that has three main benefits:

  • Setting the manager for each employee will be easier than before. You will be able to set/change the manager directly on the Edit User page.
  • You will be able to import and update your employees’ manager using the spreadsheet import feature.
  • Manager information will flow seamlessly from BambooHR. This is a big plus for those using the integration!

Primalogik 360 integrates with BambooHR!

We are happy to announce our integration with BambooHR, a leading online HRIS for small and medium businesses.

By enabling the integration, you can make BambooHR act as the “employee hub” and system of record for all your employee data. Employee records are created and edited in BambooHR and all the data automatically flows to Primalogik 360 so you don’t have to maintain two different sets of records.

The integration also allows you to enable a Single Sign-On feature so that your users can access Primalogik 360 with a single click, without having to authenticate again and without the need of an extra password.
